Company Information
Legally, the SYP exists as a company limited by guarantee with charitable status. We are governed by our Board of Trustees, who are all aged 16-25, and our Company Secretary is the SYP General Manager. For more information about the Board please visit our Trustees page.
The Scottish Youth Parliament is a company incorporated under the Companies Acts in Scotland (registered number SC227548). The Scottish Youth Parliament is a Charity registered in Scotland No: SC032662.
As such, we have made the company's Annual Report and our audited accounts available online below. Our Memorandum and Articles of Association (the SYP's governing documents), which have recently undergone revision, are also available.
