The Scottish Youth Parliament constantly campaigns on behalf of Scotland's young people. Currently we are preparing for our new campaign - which will be on the Scottish Living Wage and will be launched in the near future.
In September 2012 we launched One Fair Wage, a campaign to build support for a Scottish Living Wage.
Our Love Equally Campaign won Campaign of the Year at the Scottish Charity of the Year Awards, and contributed to the Scottish Government's decision to bring forward a bill for Equal Marriage. We also are actively campaigning for votes at 16, including the right for 16 and 17-year-olds to vote in the referendum on Scotland's constitutional future.
All of our campaigns are based on the statements in our Manifesto; Change the Picture, which can be read here. For more information about Love Equally or Votes at 16, then click the links below!
