West of Scotland

The West Scotland region consists of nine constituencies electing 18 MSYPs.

It consists of a mainly rural area to the West of Glasgow. Contained within its boundaries are the local authority areas of Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, East Renfrewshire, East and West Dunbartonshire. It also includes the Helensburgh and Lomond area of Argyll and Bute and the northern section of North Ayrshire including Largs, Ardrossan and the Isle of Arran.
