Fife Council Health Board Elections Celebration Event

On 17th June the young people who took part in promoting the health board elections throughout Fife were invited to a celebration event at the Dunfermline City Chambers. The event was in their honour and was attended by Councillors, members of the Fife Health Board, Community Learning Devlopment staff in Fife as those who were involved in supporting the young people to conduct their campaign.

Many of the young people who took part in running the campaign attended the event including MSYPs and other young people from the Fife Youth Forum. Their families were also invited to attend the event.

After the speeches were over the young people were presented with a copy of their campaign materials as well as a certificate for completing the SYP’s campaign training and also a certificate from the Quality Young Scot Awards – all of which was to recognise the effort put in by all of the members.
